I’ve just received the most surreal cold call ever: a Scottish woman trying to sell me multiple sclerosis toilet rolls.
Admittedly she phrased it in a slightly more roundabout and tasteful way than that, but the bottom line was that she wanted Barlow Nurseries to support her MS charity by buying loo paper.
